Our stay at Summerville was great. The hotel is clean and well maintained, staff is very helpful and supportive. Food was really good for our taste, the location is good - the beach in front of the hotel is marked by the Reef being very close to the beach so there is little play area for the kids (at least for my kids, that do not enjoy wearing shoes at the beach), but it was not an issue as they loved spending all their time at the swimming pool. Drinks are also well made and activities are well organized for the kids and adults.

The views are spectacular, and the location is unbeatable, being right by the beach. The hotel provides solid infrastructure, making it easy for guests to enjoy the beach, swimming pools, and other common areas. It's particularly family-friendly, which we appreciated. The hotel offers access to a pantry stocked with utensils for families to prepare and enjoy meals for their little ones, along with free fruits, milk, oats, and more. The rooms are reasonably spacious, though you won't be spending much time indoors

If you are going to sell "Luxury rooms" you need way better bet sheets - the sheets are scratchy and they dont stay in the bed. The towels provided for pool use are not soft and the towels provided to the bedroom are low quality. The food is ok but if you are vegetarian or allergic you need to avoid this place. Kids LOVE the pools and playgrounds and lazy river - definitely a family friendly resort and the beach is fun. Location is great/ beautiful facilities.
