First of all, thank you very much for your hospitality. The six days we spent here were truly delightful for us. The hotel feels like a piece of paradise, with unique beauty in every corner. Each café and restaurant offers delicious food and drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to thanks to Mr. Hanna for the attention and care he showed us. This has been an unforgettable honeymoon for us. We are also very grateful for all the advantages and special privileges provided. The food was excellent. Many thanks to Chef Mr. Yasin and his assistant Mr. Hasan for the delicious meals.

We had an amazing time at Pickalbatros White Beach! Our side beach view room was spotless, comfortable, and offered the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery. The food was a highlight — so much variety, fresh flavors, and something new to enjoy every day. From the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was top quality. The entertainment team was fantastic — full of energy, friendly, and made every activity and show fun and engaging. They really brought the resort to life! Between the great service, beautiful setting, and nonstop fun, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Can’t wait to come back! Nestled just steps from the ocean, this boutique hotel offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality that’s hard to find these days. We were greeted warmly by Zahra at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze and offered a glass of chilled prosecco as a welcome drink — a small touch that immediately set the tone. She also recommended some fantastic local spots to explore, like the Coral Bay Market and the Sunset Boardwalk, both of which turned out to be highlights of our trip. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in coastal tones. Ours had a private balcony that made morning coffee and evening wine feel like something out of a dream. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff, all the staff were very polite and professional, especially Mr. Azab Salem & Mr. Ahmed Abdalah. The rooftop restaurant is worth a visit. We needed a strong wifi connection in our room due to us working while taking a vacation, and Zahra from customers relations helped us by providing us our own router in our room. Thank you Zahra ☺️ the food is soooo delicious that i can spend all day eating at the restaurant ☺️ If you're looking for a place where you’re treated like more than just a guest, The Jaz Aquaviva it is. From the start, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure we felt comfortable. Their hospitality truly stood out throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to Mr. Ehab & Emad from the reception team. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices at every meal, and the quality was consistently impressive. There was something to suit every palate. The aqua and amusement parks were a highlight of our trip – so much fun for both kids and adults!. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention paid to cleanliness and comfort. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. Overall, Serenity Alma offers a wonderful mix of relaxation, entertainment, and excellent service. We left with beautiful memories and are already planning our next visit!

The property boasts a fantastic location—just an 8-minute walk from Senzo Mall and conveniently close to the Marina. The room itself was spacious and overall comfortable, but the real highlight was the balcony: a direct sea and pool view framed by stunning gardens. Truly spectacular. The resort offers a wide range of à la carte restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Turkish and Egyptian ones—both offered flavorful, well-prepared dishes. Although I didn’t try the Indian restaurant due to a personal sensitivity to spicy food, it was a nice option to have. The Mediterranean restaurant also looked promising, though we didn’t get the chance to visit. The Greek restaurant stood out by offering both breakfast and dinner bookings, plus a surprisingly extensive snack menu during the day that could easily pass for lunch. The main buffet restaurant served a consistent daily selection, with some variations based on themed nights (Asian, Egyptian, etc.). Even though the variety doesn’t change drastically, the food quality is high and very tasty. The themed decorations and matching uniforms added a thoughtful touch. The pools are spacious and never felt overcrowded. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and finding a sunbed was never an issue. Poolside bars provided drinks and water conveniently.

    This resort is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. Everything is well maintained and clean. We absolutely loved being here and not having to worry about anything for 4 days other than which bikini to wear to the beach. The all-inclusive experience is wonderful. The food was delicious and the chefs delivered every time. This will be my go to resort if I want to “reset” and relax. The staff was exceptional making sure we were okay and always willing to help.

    The location of the hotel is very beautiful. Various beaches (sandy and rocky). There are sea excursions from within the hotel. Water games are very suitable for children and young people. The prices inside the hotel are reasonable and not exaggerated. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.     We had a great time as a family with 2 kids , grandparents from both sides, the reception by Mr Hamada Khalifa was exceptional, we had accessible rooms as requested, the food was amazing with all day round different options, the drinks were 24/7. Activities were un abundance for all ages, and the animation team was great entertainers for all. I can not commend enough the staff for their attentive and professional approach, ensuring all needs are met. Highly recommended family resort.

    The resort has everything you need - pool, bars, private beach area, lots of outdoor lounges and seats, restaurants, day activities and night time entertainment. The all inclusive food was amazing. A great spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. I had a full bag of laundry done and Amir had my clothes looking better than when I bought them.

    The resort is amazing.Its 100/10 . The all inclusive service is great . They gave us a very big room with bathtube and big space , like a little apartament. We made an early check in and late check out without extra charge , this because of the great manager Mr.Hanna . He was very helpful and assisted us for everything .Each guest who meet him should be lucky and the owner should be lucky to have him part of his staff .

    Perfect stay for a family. The resort is very quite and clean. The view is better than luxury hotels’s views The apartment is above my expectation New , clean, tidy , fully equipped .The owner Mr Omar is an amazing person. He provides everything you need in your ordinary house . I felt as I am home . Once I think we need something, I found it in a cupboard. Mr Mohamed, who is responsible for the letting process is very responsive and helpful. Really pleased with my stay and will come back .

    Wonderful resort with great facilities, generously sized rooms and very fresh, healthy and tasty food. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is keen on doing their best so that everyone feels relaxed and looked after.
