Cleopatra Resort has a thoughtful design, with nicely distributed walkways and lush greenery that stands out in the desert climate. Many rooms face the sea at a slight elevation, offering an awesome view. The general style of the resort, from rooms to public spaces, is stylish and tasteful, suitable for the price point, though not extravagant. The check-in and check-out processes were both smooth and quick. Unexpected complimentary items in the room were a nice touch. No extra charges or hidden fees. There is ample parking and good accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs. The resort also features a spa, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, massage, and a lounge with a pool table. Cleanliness is excellent in all areas, including rooms, pools, sheets, towels, and public spaces, with clear attention to maintenance. Food quality is outstanding, with the Italian restaurant and its chef being a highlight. The buffet restaurant offers enough variety for different tastes and dietary needs, though desserts could be improved. The resort is family-friendly, offering baby beds (cots), children’s playgrounds, and pools dedicated to kids. It was about 60% full and mostly tranquil, with most guests being foreigners. Mr Ahmed Galal and Mr Sherif (restaurant management) were particularly courteous and handled any issues gracefully. Thank you.

The room was excellent. Very clean and tidy and room service was good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and resolved any problems straight away. The buffet Breakfast and Dinner was really nice. Lots of variety and nice food. The facilities were very good. Nice pools, gym and beach easily accessible. All the staff were great and management great. Customer Service very high. We would definitely like to come back again and have recommended to friends and family.
