United KingdomIt’s the most personable hotel we’ve ever experienced, with all the staff knowing all the guest names and they are all genuinely interested in getting to know you. Sheung and her team were so welcoming and always smiling and sharing their Fijian culture with us. You really do feel part of the Coconut beach family and you can tell all the staff love working there and it reflects on the amazing service they provide.

We were immediately on a first name basis with them, from bartender to boat captain, guide to cleaning staff, yoga instructor to chef, they were engaging, entertaining and as eager to share a bit about their lives as they were to learn a bit about ours.
