New ZealandWe stayed in the premium overwater bungalow which was incredible and then the beach bungalow which was equally amazing. The location is perfect and in walking distance shops and restaurants / bars (go to Moorea beach club and Maitai). The pool area is also great and staff are super helpful with plenty of small unexpected touches. Can highly recommend doing a lagoon snorkeling tour with lunch and hiring e-bikes for the day and stopping for lunch at Snack Mahana. The water isn’t was blue as at the Hilton / Sofitel but it is beautiful. If you want an overwater bungalow pay for the premium one, the lagoon facing bungalows are shallow. We cannot recommend the beach bungalow highly enough though.

We loved having our little "fish TV" glass bottom floor to watch the fish. All in all, super relaxing stay in a gorgeous place. Pool was great as well! Location of this resort means it's easy to walk around to different food trucks and restaurants so you're not trapped with resort food if you don't want to be. Lots of beautiful fish on the reef and rays often visible. Yumi at the dive shop was really helpful and attentive. Good spread at breakfast.
