It was very luxorius! Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

Breakfast at the restaurant was pretty good. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Host was very helpful and available for every question

Totally cute family run hotel. The service I received there was one of the best I've ever had. Sometimes it's the little things. I was always addressed by name, my towels were washed as if it were a matter of course and not worth mentioning, I even often got free drinks. I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Great location with great ocean view. Staff was great. We were welcomed by Johnny, he was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything in the room was great. He even accommodated us with late breakfast since our travel time mixed up our sleeping schedule. Will recommend this Hotel for any one.

Bougainville Bay Resort - Villa 11 se nachází v destinaci Sarandë a nabízí zahradu, bar a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci. Ancient Fanoti se nachází jen 48 km odtud. Everything. The view was incredible, the villa was so well equipped (even had the tools to make turkish coffee!), and so incredibly clean. We were so close to the beach as well that you could just go to the beach in swimsuit and come back. Some could stay cooking and you can still communicate over the balcony with people at the beach. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves and going on a walk to the promenade in the city centre for nice dinner at Limani, but the resort has its own restaurant too if you cant be bothered to cook or walk 20mins to the promenade. The resort itself was gorgeous, starting with the approach to the car park which felt like a ride in disneyland! Supermarket was just across the road from the resort, which we used a lot. We also had access to the resort’s hammam spa, indoor pool and the outdoor pools too. We will need to come back to check out what else is on offer. Thanks to it being off season the beach / resort was very calm. We loved every minute of our stay!

The best experiences! Wonderful manager Alisa met us at home, tried very hard to make the guests comfortable. Perfect cleanliness, incredible amount of necessary things in the apartment! The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment necessary to prepare all the dishes. You are at home! With what love everything is done in the apartment! Very good fast WiFi. The sea view is stunning from all the bedrooms and balconies in the apartment, which have access to all the rooms. Manager answered all our questions and always answered WhatsApp within a few minutes. You need to walk a little to the embankment, but this is not problem at all. A little further from the bustling bars and nightclubs. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants right on the beach. Two good big parkings for cars near the house. There was enough space for everyone. We will be happy to come back one day to Royal King and Queen Apartment!
