We enjoyed chatting with them very much, but they were also very efficient at their work and made sure everything was running smoothly. Besides all the other delicacies they offer for breakfast, fresh bread is also something to remember. I also loved the cow farm that this high-end hotel restaurant window overlooks—it seemed exciting to us. We got a free Ticino card at the reception, including free public transportation and discounts at some Locarno city attractions, a nice bonus.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time, and I can confidently say it’s amazing. This is an amazing resort. The appartement was very spacious and very well appointed. The facilities on site are truly amazing and the staff is very helpful

Wonderful experience, the lush garden , the service was impeccable from start to finish. Highly personalised and warm, the staff made us feel not only welcomed but genuinely cared for. Dining at Ristorante Ecco with Chef Reto Brändl was another highlight. A true sensory journey. The spa was equally exceptional. The perfect getaway!

Situated right at the lake promenade, only a few steps from the ship mooring and Locarno's Piazza Grande, the Al Pozz offers you superb views of Lake Maggiore.
