It is not clear from the photos on Booking.com: the apartments are large, and there is a huge yard with a pool, trampolines, sand for kids, an amazing view, and games. Zdenek is the best host and was very helpful and nice.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet location - but the whole place is peaceful, mostly consisting of spa buildings, hotels and restaurants. The room was big enough for 2 people, recently refurbished, had almost everything we needed, nevertheless we missed a kettle. Comfortable beds, lift in the building, free parking, a bike/ski storage room. This hotel has no reception desk - ÿou have to check in/out in the largest hotel of the resort "Novy dum", where you can also order spa procedures or swimming pool entry. Buffet meals are available in one big central restaurant/canteen, a lot of things to choose from and they are really tasty. Wonderful nature in the surroundings, lots of sights in the area either on the Czech as well as Polish territories.
