Loved the bedding, it felt absolutely heavenly - I even wanted to buy a few pillows :D The staff was beyond professional and accommodating - top notch, and a benchmark for top hospitality quality 12/10 would come back there again, an absolutely beautiful property where everything is thought of already before you can even start to want it

All staff at the resort were really friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast and dinner at all the restaurants kept a very high level.

Trikora Beach Club asub Tanjung Pinangi kesklinnast umbes 20-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Secluded place in Bintan, love the serenity, clean and beautiful beach. The villa is exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will be back again. Location a little far from BBT terminal, approximately an hour ride from BBT but it was okay if you prefer a quiet and less crowded place to stay. Kudos to Trikora Beach Club and resort!

We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our mom’s birthday at this resort. From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.

LooLa Adventure Resort asub Bintani rannikul küla kõrval mere ääres. Kuurordil on erarand ja veespordivahendid. Külalised saavad Rootsi laua stiilis restoranis nautida Indoneesia ja lääne kööki. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

Overall the stay at the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and kind, and the restaurant at the hotel had a large variety of food. The rooms were also very nice and the beds were very comfortable. There are swings in the hotel and the hotel has a nice beach place with a breathtakin view and the swimming pool also has a nice view.
