The property is brand new with a unique location and aesthetic. The staff and service were fantastic we were treated like family. The beach is beautiful and the place offers a unique experience. The people here are amazing and we enjoyed them telling us all about their culture.

Iwan, the manager of the resort, picked us up from the airport. He speaks English well and very friendly. So upon our arrival till departure, all the staffs there, Iwan, Orfi and Angel, were so helpful and tried to make our stay convenient, and to this, we may say they did a super job. 👏👏👏

But when we arrive, we are greeted with such amazing view! Nice property, secluded and tranquil. We are facilitated with full service, and our children comfort is well taken care off. They are super happy because they can harvested their own vegetable to table. They are building new properties, single unit villas with their own private pools and facilities. Perfect for future romantic escape. Not to forget to mention their exceptional restaurant, Umanga'a. We have a top notch dinning experience celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. We would love to going back to Umarato in our future holiday.

The staff were amazing and treated me like family. They were generous with their hospitality, not over the top or fawning. The building is exceptional. The entire stay was fantastic! I would definitely stay here agin!!

A very enjoyable stay at Rua Beach Resort Sumba. The hotel is located right by the beach, with a pool and a restaurant, making it perfect for relaxation. The price is absolutely fair for the quality of services provided. Contrary to previous comments, we didn’t miss having constant internet access or Netflix – this place is designed to disconnect from everyday life, not to spend time in front of screens. The resort is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful nearby beaches. If someone is looking for luxury at $2000 per night, they should look elsewhere. Rua Beach Resort is a place worth recommending, full of peace, nature, and a unique atmosphere that’s hard to find in crowded resorts. We wholeheartedly recommend it! Ubicato a Waikabubak, 1,2 km da Rua Beach, Bobocabin Umarato, Sumba prevede camere climatizzate con WiFi gratuito e check-in e check-out express. Posizione ottima ma ovviamente devi avere uno scooter che puoi affittare direttamente da loro. A sumba non c è molto come servizi, o resort o poco nulla. Però la cabina era bella e accogliente, prezzo contenuto rispetto al resto dell’ isola. Si comanda tutto (porta, luci) con l app. Personale super disponibile. Servizio lavanderia. Ristorante di un resort accanto molto buono ma un po’ caro.
