The rooms, the food, the nature and surrounds were all wonderful. The staff were very attentive; Sujith, Prince and everybody there who were all very hospitable. The natural stream was the highlight for me where I had the most rejuvenating experience in a long time. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend.

From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.

Woodrose Resort í Kalpatta er með garð og sameiginlega setustofu. Gististaðurinn er 11 km frá Soochipara-fossum. Asísk matargerð er framreidd á veitingastaðnum. We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The view is amazing from the lodges/rooms. A special thanks to Thomas who helped us the whole time in the hotel and to prepare some excursions. This is a great spot to be based for visiting the area. This was part of our honeymoon trip and we had some most appreciated special treatment.

The beds are comfortable and they even provided soft, plush towels (honestly, it’s a rarity in India to get towels that aren’t thread-bare!!!) The manager kindly upgraded us to a nicer room, as the hotel was quite quiet. It was lovely. The air conditioning worked. There was filtered water (again, I believe this should be standard to provide, given you can’t drink the tap water in India) They looked after our bags when we went away for a couple of nights into rural Wayanad.
