From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. My first trip to India and I can say I ended it in the best way.

The staff was amazing especially Mr. Thomas(the manager) . He was very welcoming and took care of all our needs. The resort was great too. The view is amazing and the food is great too in the resort. Cab and beverage services are great too.

Offering tree houses, heritage suites and pool villas, Pepper Trail is set in a 200-acre coffee and spice plantation. amazing location right in the heart of tea and coffee plantation. food is amazing and the staff are awesome and so helpful. The place is like heaven on earth, so quiet and tranquil. we got to see lots of birds and monkeys :D the rooms are super clean and smell like a spa. I extended my stay because I couldn’t just leave this heavenly place.

The beds are comfortable and they even provided soft, plush towels (honestly, it’s a rarity in India to get towels that aren’t thread-bare!!!) The manager kindly upgraded us to a nicer room, as the hotel was quite quiet. It was lovely. The air conditioning worked. There was filtered water (again, I believe this should be standard to provide, given you can’t drink the tap water in India) They looked after our bags when we went away for a couple of nights into rural Wayanad.
