This place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From when you arrive at the location until the bus dropped us off at the airport, the team was very attentive. The food was of high quality and very good! Same with the drinks. The rooms have everything you need. The hotel is very safe. It may seem price but when you calculate what you will spend in a five star hotel, transportation, food and activities you will see that's its totally worth it. We had the garden view room and we loved it then we moved to a river view room and it was also great! No matter the room you stay, your experience will be great! Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

I have been to a lot of hotels in my life and this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my whole life, it was an exceptional experience, so clean and comfortable, they have upgraded me for my honeymoon. Lots of choices, about 10 restaurants, 3 caffès and 4 swimming pools. Staff were super friendly and hospitality standards are top notch

Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Located 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Kimpton - Aluna Tulum provides rooms with air conditioning in Tulum. Beautiful resort, very quiet. Not sure if it was a slow time in general, but generally very few people in the restaurants, pools, which we liked. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent. Very friendly staff, and comfortable beds. We want to go back!
