The staff is very welcoming and nice, always happy to support. Alex and Romain, the owners, welcomed us like old friends, making us feel at home. We have also been very lucky as we were the only two guests temporarily hosted in the resort, so we had the chance to enjoy it a lot.

The best place I have stayed in Camiguin in 15 years or coming to the island. My partner & I were some of the first guests for their “soft opening” and they have hit the nail on the head from the beginning. The villas & restaurant area - the entire grounds - are incredibly beautiful and also very private. Despite the large space, it feels cosy and homely - family-run vibe, and they are well known by & integrated with the locals, also respecting the local area with their low-key presence. The plant life/jungle feel are wonderful. Beautiful sunset down at the main pool, and a small pool in the villa with complete privacy. Sea view from the bed, wonderful food, great cocktails, everyone so friendly, and when something was needed (sometimes before we could even ask) it was there the next day! If you want to enjoy a little luxury, you CANNOT miss out on Balihao! We WILL be back :)

I recently stayed at this wonderful property, and I must say it's truly felt like home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcome with warmth and comfort that made it easy. The staff were incredibly thoughtful. The upper level of the restaurant was comfortable and relaxing after a day of seeing the island. I love the atmosphere of which made a restful night. What really the set apart was the staff personal attention to details. the staff took time to recommend local spots and made sure I had everything I needed for a stress-free stay. The peaceful surroundings where just added bonus-the place was the perfect retreat. I highly recommend this spot to everyone looking for relaxing and comfortable stay It felt like a second home! KURMA Freedive Camiguin is situated just across White Island sandbar. The resort is 4 km from Mambajao Airport and 6 km from the capital town of Mambajao. Beautiful quaint property right on the ocean with a charming tropical flare. Great in-house restaurant good food and the staff and owner is wonderful.
