“Location next to greatest Swiss alpine passes. Underground garage for motorcycle. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and superclean room (despite economy option). And the cherry on top was the breakfast with local choice of hams and cheese. I will definitely plan my next trip in area around this hotel´s availability.”
“Don’t know. Made a booking but unfortunately we were 30 minutes to late for a check in en didn’t get in because everything was closed already. But we did get an confirmation from booking and in the confirmation I wrote that we we’re possible a bit later. They didn’t call to ask for the situation. Which in my opinion should be normal if you see a booking in the system. We ask the day after for a stay that night but unfortunately they we’re fully booked. But they charged the full booking.”
