“The planning, arranging the connection with sea plane etc was exceptional. We felt like it was a well oiled system and didn't need to worry about anything.
We had a butler, Hnin who was very nice. We arrived earlier than our check in time on an overnight flight with our toddler and the team very kindly let us sleep for a few hours in a stunning water villa until our beach villa was ready.
Food buffet selection was very good.
Lots of complimentary fun activities and events throughout the week.
Despite being a beginner swimmer i was able to snorkel with the guide Zahil who was very kind and understanding.
Our toddler loved the free ice creams at the Cremerie.
Housekeeping was excellent. As with any beach destination, sand inevitably gets everywhere but our room was always clean and tidy, thanks to the housekeeping team especially Rakesh who did our room.
