    “Only location”

  • “We actually stayed a total of 4 nights, 3 + 1, with a day in between to hike to Machu Picchu. The Hotel Tierra Inka Sacred Valley is a stunning spot, with a calm, relaxing large courtyard filled with foliage and birds, and views of the Inca ruins nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, and always ready to be of assistance. We were able to leave our luggage for the one night that we were away. When we first arrived, the roadway to the hotel was non-existent due to a total rebuild - the staff came out to meet us at the entrance to the Ollantaytambo Inca Ruin and helped transport our luggage over the rough "roadway" - very much appreciated. There was fresh, clean water available in the courtyard, as well as a kitchen to make tea at your discretion. The morning breakfast was very good and certainly prepared one for a day of exploration. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, and a perfect place to rest and prepare us for the hike to MP. We even had a tuktuk called by the staff when leaving to transport us and our luggage to where a taxi was able meet up with us - enough of the road was prepoured that the 3-wheeler managed to squeeze by.”

“The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Plaza de Armas and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cosy coffee shops. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, with fresh bed linens and towels provided daily thanks to the housekeeping service. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a generous spread including eggs, orange juice, coffee, milk, tea, cheese, ham, bread, butter, jam, and fresh fruit—more than enough to start the day off right.”

“My favourite place that we stayed in Peru. A lovely family with a guinea pig house (we also tasted guinea pig for the first time here). You can't drive down the old inca streets so pack light! From the breakfast space you could see two lots of ruins 😍”

“Really enjoyed my time there, great if you want to stay a bit out of Pisac town and hike around in the nearby mountains”

  • Casa Matara Boutique Review Score: 10

“The rooms were spacious and the beds were huge and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Carmen and her family were super welcoming and nice, even prepared breakfast boxes for us at 4am, were available all the time. The location is very good, near enough to the Plaza de Armas and Avenida El Sol but not so close as to be a very noisy street. Excellent place, would stay again if we ever return to Cusco!”

  • “The location is good. We stayed few hours”

  • El Tuco Hotel Review Score: 10

“The kindest and most helpful hosts, thank you for everything! The building is nice, the lobby downstairs has great WiFi and offers tables to work. The shower pressure is good and the water is warm. Breakfast lovely too!”
