“From the moment I arrived, the service was thoughtful and personal. Evie messaged me throughout my stay to check in, offer help, and make sure I was comfortable. She was so sweet and genuine, even reminding me to rest and stay out of the sun. I felt truly cared for.
The hotel itself is peaceful and beautifully kept. The pool is amazing — clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. My room was spotless and cozy, with everything I needed.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They arranged my airport pickup, and when I forgot my charger, they helped me charge my phone and other devices. They also stored my belongings safely in a locker without me having to ask, which gave me real peace of mind.
Even when there was a small issue with my key card, it was already taken care of before it could become a problem. Everything felt easy, calm, and welcoming thanks to the amazing team.
Special thanks to Evie for her kindness, care, and attention to every detail. I left feeling rested, recharged, and genuinely looked after.
Happy 7th birthday to Minh Boutique. I can’t wait to come back.”
“We stayed at ViAn Hotel Danang – Infinity Pool, which presents itself as a stylish and modern 3-star hotel. When we first arrived, everything seemed great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and since we got there early, they let us leave our luggage and go out to eat. When we came back, our room was already prepared – a nice touch.
We had booked a suite, and at first glance, it felt spacious and promising. But unfortunately, that feeling didn’t last long.
Both bathrooms in the suite were in unacceptable condition – there were nail polish stains on the walls, visible rust, hair, and overall very superficial cleaning. It simply didn’t feel clean or hygienic. Even for a 3-star hotel, basic cleanliness should be a given, especially in a suite.
We also tried the breakfast once, out of necessity because of the kids and timing – and we regret it. The quality was really low: dry croissants, almost no variety, and a dining area that looked quite run-down. We’ve seen better breakfast settings in budget hotels.
The rooftop pool was a nice idea, but unfortunately just as disappointing: it looked unclean, and we honestly had no idea when it was last cleaned. The towels in our bathroom were grey, not white – which made using them feel more like a chore than comfort.
Despite all that, we want to mention again: the staff was great. Helpful, polite, and understanding. With a stroller and two kids, we often needed assistance, and they were always there. The reception staff also had some lovely moments with us.
Still, the overall experience didn’t feel good, especially in the room. The suite had potential, but it was run-down, not properly cleaned, and the daily housekeeping didn’t improve that. The beds weren’t really made properly, and nothing felt refreshed after returning to the room.
Even as a 3-star hotel, the Vian Hotel needs serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation – especially if it wants to charge premium rates for suites.”
