SingaporeAll the staff including the car park attendants provide excellent services beyond my expectations. The dinner is great. The garden infront of my room is very well-manicured and designed, and looks like a miniature botanic garden. Must stay on second floor. I strongly recommend this place to experience Japanese hospitality.

SingaporeHusband and wife caretakers were very friendly and the place was extremely large, new and clean - our family of 4 stayed here comfortably! The vegan breakfast and dinner were both really very very delicious and were prepared with much care and effort by the wife. Would highly recommend families to come stay here as this is a must-try experience!

Ryokan Shinsen was definitely more on the pricer side, however having stayed the 2 nights, I would be more than keen to stay here again. The facilities and rooms were immaculate. The service was excellent, very attentive. Breakfast and dinner were included in the stay and it's definitely an experience.
