United StatesIt was extra work for the staff, but they made me vegetarian meals and I enjoyed every bite, thank you! The hotel is dated, but the staff kept the place neat and clean. A lot of attention went into their work, it's a wonderful place to experience the Japanese ryokan.

United Arab EmiratesThe building is obviously aged, and we were concerned what the room might be like when we first saw the carpets in the corridors (which need an upgrade) but were pleasantly surprised with the room given previous ratings and reviews. The traditional dinner was an amazing experience. Customer service wonderful.
