Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. The hotel is located 3min car ride away from the Kawaguchiko station. You can call the hotel in advance to book a van for pick up and drop-off at the station. From there, the service is excellent, their staff members are so considerate and the hotel is top notch comfort. We got their special Japanese shiatsu massage for 30min and it saved us from all the built up pain from walking for two weeks. Their outdoor onsen is so cute, and public baths are just the right temperature. They also have a foot spa with a view on Mount Fuji! Oh and they have SO MUCH FLOOR SPACE!! We had the most space at Konansou than any other hotel we've stayed at. The amenities provided are plentiful and of good quality. The kaiseki had a lot of food varieties and it was hands-down the best kaiseki we tried. They make the bed for you and their blankets are soooo soft and fuwa fuwa!! It was a great experience and worth every penny.

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. Exceptional property and well worth what we paid for it. Amazing views from the onsen (public and shared with other hotel guests, but both times we used it there was nobody there. Quite a private experience and it was great to watch the sun set!) The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and the experience was one we’ll never forget. The staff picked us up at Kawaguchiko station and brought our bags straight to our room after check in. We enjoyed the tea and snack while soaking in the views.10/10 would visit again!

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths. Location, location , location !!!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Quite area and nice location and a remarkable place to stay

Nastanitev Nunoya Ryokan je v mestu Matsumoto, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti postaja Matsumoto, in nudi storitve concierge, sobe za nekadilce, vrt, brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi ter bar. When we arrived at the ryokan it was snowing and cold in Matsumoto. Our host immediately gave us towels and helped us feel welcome. She showed us around the ryokan. It was clean, warm, comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The rooms were clean and it was wonderful sleeping in a traditional Japanese house. The shower was hot and powerful. The ryokan is located on a pretty road (Nakamachi Dori) with lots of interesting shops and restaurants. One of our favourite stays on this trip.

Nastanitev Mitsubikiya je v mestu Matsumoto in ima vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. Traditional ryokan, very clean, calm and near Matsumoto castle. Personnel was very nice and helpfull.

Nastanitev 八海 木花館 se nahaja v mestu Oshino, 10 km od znamenitosti zabaviščni park Fuji-Q Highland, in ponuja brezplačno izposojo koles, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter vrt. Incredible service and meals. View of Mt. Fuji from our amazing room was stunning. Private onsen was lovely. We cannot stop raving about our trip.

Very good located, close to Hirano bus station. Excellent view of Mount Fuji. Big and clean room. The food is delicious, probably the best I ate in Japan. The staff is very nice.

The host is so friendly and helpful, and he speaks good English as well, which is a plus! The ryokan was very clean, comfortable and kept us warm. We also had delicious breakfasts made by the host, all of our group enjoyed it!
