Keiko San very kindly picked us up from Nagiso station (and dropped us back there when we left), and took us to Magome and back from Tsumago on the day we walked the Nakasendo trail. He and his wife are great hosts.

We loved being in nature - Nagano is so beautiful and this location was a very special place to rest relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff are so warm and friendly and the food was incredible - you will not go hungry at this hotel! We loved the care that the staff put into each meal and every detail of the space. We also loved the Onsen experience and found the facility to be very clean and easy to use. Our rooms were very clean and spacious, comfortable and enjoyable. We loved our visit and hope to return!
