We were given a free upgrade to our room on arrival. The food (buffet) was very tasty. The spa area is large and it wasn't that busy, when we were there. Perfect to relax for a few days. Any time again.

The meals were all exceptional. We really enjoyed the food. The service was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and garden were beautiful.

Set in Ureshino and only 33 km from Huis Ten Bosch, 奥武雄温泉 風の森 offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Guests staying at this ryokan have access to a balcony. I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. The views were breathtaking—truly something out of a dream. The private onsen (hot spring) was incredible and so soothing, offering a level of peace and luxury I’ll never forget. The bathroom alone was to die for—elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed. Every detail of my stay was perfect and relaxing. I treated myself to this getaway as a personal gift, and I’m so grateful I did. Being able to experience such a serene and stunning place filled me with joy and deep appreciation. This was one of the most memorable and rejuvenating experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Cosy public bath..they had private bath which needed reservations.. Meals were very good.....location is beautiful. In the middle of the mountains....

Attractively set in the Taratatezaki Onsen district of Tara, Ichifukuso is situated 49 km from Peace Park, 50 km from Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and 49 km from Urakami Cathedral. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean with everything we needed. The onsen bath was really unique, worth the trip :) The island and harbour are very charming and most importantly of all, Emi-san was an incredibly nice host who went out of her way to help us - thank you so much Emi-san, we won’t forget our stay !

Very attentive staff. Contemporary Ryokan esthetic. Huge rooms with lots of amenities. Nice Onsen. Nice complementary lounge. Excellent dinner and service. Had an early departure before breakfast- they packed a Bento Box for me to eat on the train. Facilities and service exceeded my expectations.

Mizuno Ryokan asub 7-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Karatsu lossist ning pakub vaikseid Jaapani stiilis tube, kust avaneb võrratu panoraamvaade ookeanile. The food was the best of any Ryokan I've ever staged in. We were treated to local delicacies, prepared by skilled practitioners. The staff were also very accommodating and hospitable. Would highly recommend. And the space was clean, large, modern, and comfortable.

Riverside Hotel Karatsu Castle pakub majutust Karatsus. Tubades on konditsioneer, lameekraaniga televiisor, külmkapp ning õhupuhasti/-niisutaja. First, this place is really great and an incredible bargain. It is located on the edge of the old castle grounds, only minutes walking to Karatsu Castle. The views of the river from the room and of the castle during breakfast are fabulous. The comfortable futons and quiet comforters were great. Our twin room had a small attached bathtub and toilet but we used the wonderful private ofuro each evening. We stayed in room 201, next to the wide staircase, above the ofuro bath. This room is the most protected from the sounds of road traffic but the din of road noise is still there some. I am a light sleeper and my wife and I slept great here! If you like Japanese style breakfasts then you will love it here. We walked through the nice pine forest down to the beach, as well as thoroughly exploring the castle. We had a great lunch at DonDonTei, down the street from Riverside. The value of where this inn is located and the quality of your stay are first class, in our book. After a month in Japan, this 2 night stay was truly one of our highlights!
