The staff were so kind and accommodating, and truly tried to go above and beyond for their guests. Every time we came back to the hotel we were greeted with an enthusiastic welcome back and ushered into the warmth and comfort of the reception area. Breakfast was exceptional and beautifully presented. The hotel also arranged for our luggage to be sent to our next destination which was extremely helpful as it meant we didn’t have to worry about storage lockers during our visit to nearby Shirakawa-go. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we’d be beyond delighted to come back.

Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. It’s a old house with clean and comfortable facility. Our room has a balcony where we could oversee the river view. There is a kitchen with all tool and cutlery you need. For people who stay over two nights will have a Landry voucher for free. The public space is Japanese style and you could enjoy the river view. Staff are kind and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Syukaen Yunohanazen er staðsett í Atami, 27 km frá Hakone-Yumoto-stöðinni, 29 km frá Shuzen-ji-hofinu og 43 km frá Daruma-fjalli. There's a lot of food for everyone, even for kids. And the food is very delicious. Room is comfortable, shuttle is convenient.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful and surprised us with a beautiful cake celebrating our honeymoon! The room was immaculate and so nicely made up with great views and excellent use of space with so much storage. Excellent amenities and super comfy beds. The bathroom with private indoor/outdoor onsen was fantastic. The staff helped us book massages and taxi transfers. A perfect quiet retreat during our busy trip to Japan.

Atami Sekaie er staðsett í Atami, 2,6 km frá Atami Sun-ströndinni, 25 km frá Hakone-Yumoto-stöðinni og 36 km frá Shuzen-ji-hofinu. The breakfast and dinner were great. We enjoyed some of traditional Japanese dishes. Also we enjoyed coffee at the balcony over looking the Pacific Ocean. The location was quiet and privacy was ensured, so we were able to maintain our Nonerelaxing time. Last but not least, guest room with private open-air bath was great.

Exceptionally attentive staff with some of the best hospitality we've ever experienced. The private bath was amazing, with beautiful views, and the food was excellent. It was a shame that, due to travel plans, we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the local area, especially given the extra complimentary services and amenities that were offered for beach-going - very thoughtful!
