Xhovani and Aldo were the BEST hosts and we had an incredibly nice time at their property. The place was like it looked and we felt had everything we needed. The hosts went beyond helping us and were always at our disposal and great problem solvers! Our baby loved the beach and we all loved the restaurant downstairs, so convenient and good!

On the day of the reservation, we arrived late in the afternoon, the owner Mondi was waiting for us after we contacted the arrival time on the phone. The apartment was easy to find. The owner Mondi was very welcoming, after we parked the car in the facility's garage, he sent us to the apartment. The apartment was fantastic while the terrace and the view of the sea was WOW, you have to go visit it to see for yourself 😁.

A great location just 5mins from the beach, on a side of the town where the beach is cleaner at with less people, and still markets just a min away from the appartment. There is a parking for the car. And all the amenities in the appartment. But what I am greatful the most is the service. Since I forgot my sports shoes, not just they kept them but even brought them to a distant location I provided for the transportation. All in all, great value for the money! Definitely recommended!

Located just steps away from the beach in Shëngjin, Carpe Diem Apartments-Hotel offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access. The hotel is located in a great location close to everything, beach front, has a great restaurant, super clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is my third time staying here and 100% would recommend. Free parking on site as well.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful making check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay , including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, and a lovely balcony that we enjoyed at max.

Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, the location was ideal—just steps away from local cafes, shops, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient to go to the beach and enjoy the Festival. The apartment itself was a haven of comfort. We had the 3 bedrooms apartment and The beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring restful nights after our daily adventures. The space was thoughtfully renovated, blending modern amenities with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. What truly set this experience apart was Benny. From the moment we booked, Benny was attentive and communicative, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. Throughout our stay, Benny went above and beyond, offering local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our trip even more memorable. The apartment is beautifully furnished with modern furniture, a super comfortable double bed with fresh bedding, and a spotless new bathroom. The convenience of a washing machine was a great bonus. The views are breathtaking, and the quiet surroundings made it a perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing all the services and support I needed, making me feel right at home.
