We especially liked all the little extras that you don’t normally get in a rental. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. We especially liked that the bus stop was right across the street. There was lots of information on what to do in Lugano as well. Everything was so nice and clean and the beds were super comfy!

The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her.
