We especially liked all the little extras that you don’t normally get in a rental. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. We especially liked that the bus stop was right across the street. There was lots of information on what to do in Lugano as well. Everything was so nice and clean and the beds were super comfy!

At first sight the building looks old. But the apartment inside are well maintained. And you have everything what you need. Stayed 2nights in August and you dont need to go anywhere else. You can relax by the pool and lake. The water in the lake was warm. So it was nice. Alessadra the host was so kind and nice. She give us a welcome Prosseco which she produced in italy. Really good. You can buy more from her. I really recommend. And the view from room 513! O so nice 🥰

The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!
