The room was spacious, clean, perfectly equipped, with a view of the garden. There was a choice of many delicacies for breakfast. Everything was taken care of by the kind and attentive owner, who was willing to help with everything. I highly recommend it!

Shower gel, bin bags, ... it's all there. The instructions are very clear. You can check in and out whenever you want too. The host of the accommodation is Anna, she is very friendly and you get very fast and clear response to your e-mails. We were based in an appartment on the 4th floor and we don't hear any street noise, neither from neighbouring apartments. It is located in a quiet street but only a 10 minutes walk from the Termini Railway Station. It has a very good price-quality. It's a no-brainer, just book it.

It felt like a little home away from home, only with better coffee (and carbonara) just around every corner. But what truly made our stay special was the host. He was unbelievably kind and helpful — the kind of person who makes you feel welcome from the very first message. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The location is super convenient, close to the metro and train station.
