It is very close to the slopes, the cable car and to the village center. Excellent and tasty breakfast. Sandy is very nice owner who is happy to help. Room equipment is older but filly functional and sufficient. Not all rooms have a balcony. Late arrival was not a problem. The local ski lift is 5 minutes walk (the end of the piste and the aprés ski bar is closer). The train station is 10-15 minutes walk and with a ski pass or guest card the trains to Kitzbuhel are free. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Smaller room than last time, when we were offered a suite for double room price. But OK. The veranda could need some painting and veranda floor some water and sope. Extremely nice breakfast, with extras to be ordered included in the price.
