A good value for the money. The self-check-in was smooth, although I don't understand why there is a time limit for check-in (up to 8 pm). The house is very sweet with a big common kitchen and coffeemaker available. We had a separate apartment on the last floor with 3 bedrooms and a kitchenette and bathroom, and it was clean and pleasant. The balcony was nice for star gazing and listening to the river and mountains. It faces the road but in the evening you won't hear lots of cars driving there. Also, there is a parking spot available right in the yard. The location was perfect for visiting Grossglockner Road in the early morning - around 15-20 minutes of driving. The owners recommended a bakery in the village - it's not an actual bakery but a minimarket with suuuuper tasty and fresh buns & rolls, it opens at 6 am.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped, contactless check-in, perfect information about the stay from the owner (website with all necessary information). Quiet location with nice view, privacy. Sauna and Netflix was a nice bonus :-)

Very quiet area, away from the town. The rooms were big, and we loved the downstairs kitchen-living open space; it was just perfect for the small children, with the floors warm (we had 2 almost two-year olds and one 3 year old). Lots of cupboard room and the kitchen has everything you might need (lots and lots of plates :) ). It's nice that there is also a yard behind the house, and some games and toys inside. Very clean and you have access to a vacuum cleaner for anything that might happen during a stay with the kids.

This place was better than we initially expected. When we made the reservation, we didn't really know what to expect as this was a new place with no reviews but we needed a place for 7 people. Whole house was for ourselves, located near Zell am See, ~15 minutes drive till Kitzsteinhorn/Kaprun and ~30 minutes drive till Saalbach Hinterglemm. Before our arrival we were in close contact with the agent who instructed us how to get the keys from the lock box, what the house rules were and answered all our questions. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen for to cook your meals - fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, pans, pots, dishes, silverware. The kitchen is not very big, but there is a window glazed terrace next to it, which, to our surprise, was warm during the winter. And there by the big dining table place is for everyone. The first floor also has a living room with TV, a single bedroom and a shower room with toilet. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a small shower and sink in each room. These rooms also have access to a balcony. The third room with a double bed had its own toilet and shower. And the fourth room had a bunk bed + a single bed, with a sink in the room. And a separate shower and toilet on the second floor. Therefore this place can accommodate in total many guests. Each had a hand and shower towel. There is good wi-fi throughout the house. Strict recycling rules. In the winter an amazing extra is ski boot dryer (hidden behind the main entrance door). That room itself wasn't heated to dry clothes, but you can store there ski/snowboard equipment and have a dry boots in the morning. In warmer weather, you can sit outside on the terrace. On-site parking is large enough for a minivan and a few extra cars. We stayed for five nights, and this was a great place for our stay!

    Nice villa for up to 10 people, had all the stuff needed for cooking and comfortable stay(even dryer for skiboots!). Parking for 3 cars on territory. Ski bus stop right around the corner. Absolute worth the price, my best recommendations!

    Perfect location between Zell am See and Kaprun. Nice accommodation in quiet place. All necessary accessories available on place. Easy check-in and communication with host agency. Close to nearest ski lift (few minutes by car).

    A very friendly host. An example: the coffee-machine did not work at the arrival, but the host got it fixed “faster than fast”. Great little apartment with all necessary for a holiday week + a nice balcony. The Downstairs restaurant “Village Kitchen” was also very nice and an recommendation worth. An importantly is the Austrian people very friendly and it’s an amazing beautiful country.

    Didn’t notice that this property has no air-con because it is a glacier area . Staff provided one fan for the whole apartment for 3 pax . Staff is helpful to help. Bed is comfortable , quilt feels luxury . High end Kitchen appliances and Miele washing machine and dryer at level 1. Secured parking . Super market nearby .

    Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!

    The apartament was luxurious and large with a beautiful large terrace and lake view. It is located close to all attractions. It was very well equipped, you get plenty of toiletries, many towels and large bath robes. The furniture was well kept. I loved they have daily cleaning services even though it’s apartment rental not a hotel. For that you pay an added 27 Euros. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we loved our stay and we found it hard to leave :).

    This place is fabulous, beautifully decorated and luxurious, very comfortable and clean. No breakfast available but only short walk to various cafes and supermarkets. Location is excellent, only minutes walk to enjoy this beautiful city. All the instructions we received before arrival worked out perfectly, where to go and the different codes you need.
