Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Good layout. Kitchen was well setup. Outdoor area was comfortable. Secure under building carpark was great. Near the beach and close to the main street. Pet friendly. We would stay again.

The property is clean and well maintained. The communication with the property manager was easy as he was very responsive . The location is very convenient and close to many beaches and convenience store. The amenities were great. There is a huge backyard, a hot tub and barbi which made the stay very enjoyable .

Very beautiful, tranquil location. Lots of space. And great we could take the dogs too. Kind neighbours who have wood for the fire pit. We had a slight issue with the pool which looked a little murky and there was a little rubbish dotted around the area. The owner was absolutely mortified, great communication and was quick to rectify.

The space was good. The orchard was lovely. The bed was comfortable (once cleaned) We arrived at 8pm after a 12 hour drive from Melbourne and walked into a space that had not been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. Bed a mess, dirty towels all over the bathroom floor, dishes in the sink, ants all over the sugar/tea, rubbish in the bins etc etc. We understand that this was somehow missed by the management but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the house was really disappointing. There’s stacks of toys everywhere, hairs in the ‘clean’ bedding, mould over the doors, holes in the security doors, crumbs and dirt In the cupboards, grout all over the shower. Honestly, I could go on. It’s such a shame, the space really is unique and could be so much better just needs some serious cleaning/updating. I must shout out to Tori who came out to us at past 10pm to bring us bedding and towels so we could at least sleep. She also arranged a refund for the first night and cleaning fee but I do wonder if this was mostly done because of the amount of times I followed up over 3 days? Overall pretty disappointed honestly.

    We got an exceptional upgrade to one of the beachfront villas which were fantastic. So much space and right on the beach front. The rooms had a beautiful view. We enjoyed it so much that we added on an extra night. I also stayed in the motel a few months previous and the room was so modern and clean. It is right on the main strip which is very handy to get too. Highly recommend both! I will be staying here anytime I go back to Jervis Bay.

    Was upgraded (for a very small fee) to their beachfront villas (Husky 56) and well worth the extra payment. Located right on the beach and was fully self contained. Excellent customer service with a late checkout upon request.

    not sure if this is a fair rating for the hotel as they gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in the beach!! Not sure how we got so lucky but the place was amazing!! If you get a chance to stay in one of these townhouse villas jump at it!!
