Right on the lake, with easy access to swim and close to a children's playground where they can play with water. The rooms are old and need remodeling, but for the price it's a good value. The village the hotel is located in is super cute and the walks on the lakeside are pleasant. We had a very spacious room with seating area and a view towards the village of Brienz and mountains. We had dinner in the restaurant which was great with generous portions at standard Swiss prices (for us Kiwis very expensive). Good shower, very comfy beds.
