It's a clean private place with a huge comfortable bed with a big TV, great air condition, super terrace and kitchen.The owner only speaks Spanish but she is very nice.She offered me coffee, helped me to get a bus and she even made me a sandwich when I was to tired to look for food.

Location, tranquillity, weather, possibility to see whales from terrace,amenities, housekeeper Margo makes amazing local food, house guardian Enel brings fresh fruits and coconuts every morning. Hans is very knowledgeable and helpful host. Perfect escape for big family or group of friends to little corner of paradise. 20 minutes drive you can find perfect beaches. We loved every minute of our stay in a villa. P.s. we felt very safe

The location was near to the Malecón and felt safe. We walked to most locations. There was access to Netflix and bikes if you wanted to use them. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. There were only two of us, but the house could accommodate a family comfortably.
