The accommodation is a hidden gem. We've travelled by car as a family of 2 + 2 kids. We've easily managed to cover island's top beaches and the port by car from the location. However, last 150m to the parking could be challenging as it's steep but still manageable. Communication with the host was great, keys were collected remotely at location. The hut is tastefully decorated and provides all that is required incl. kitchen utensils and coffee machine. Terrace and views are amazing, feeling surrounded by sea & nature incl. wildlife.

We felt the place was even better than on the pictures. The room is spacious and has everything needed. The floor, furniture, decoration, and bathroom were high quality. There is a beautiful garden in front and a private balcony at the back. Nearby there is a supermarket which sells breakfast, coffee, food and drinks. There are several very good restaurants in walking distance. The Koukounaries beach is 10 minutes walking distance through a very beautiful path in nature. We found this place is a perfect stay for a Skiathos trip and can highly recommend it.

Excellent location, walking distance to the harbour, restaurants and shops. Well furnished and lots of amenities, including balconies, outdoor tables and clothes drying areas. Very clean and well looked after. Ilias, the owner was fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Beautiful view over the harbour and coastline..very spacious accomodation and outside space. Owner helpfull. Even though there were a few downsides it is good value for money.

Situated in Troulos, 1.5 km from Troulos Beach and 8.5 km from Skiathos' Port, Zina's House offers a shared lounge and air conditioning.

The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa. I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house. No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind. The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.). Everything was clean and new. Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches. I strongly recommend it.

Lovely little houses just a short walk from the main road but in a very peaceful, green atmosphere. An amazing choice on the island, I loved it and would come back anytime.

Brilliant location literally only 2 minute walk to the main street. Truly is a mansion. Beautiful house with everything you need and a lovely little courtyard outside. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean linen and towels every two days. Orestis is a very attentive owner and always available. Tavernas , shops and a supermarket all very close.
