Quaint heritage old Bungalow Rustic feel Very clean Comfortable Super staff...very helpful amd polite caretaker (Santosh) who gave excellent advice about Matheran including how to come from the Car Parking area and tips on how to avoid scams by horse riders etc. Good home cooked meals..had an authentic wholesome feel to them. Really good service. Property is green and quiet. Very peaceful

The property is surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges. The interiors are decent and modernly done. The kitchen has microwave and cutlery for large groups. The rooms are good and a/c in two rooms work absolutely great. Above all, the host Mr. Hassan was very supportive and helps whenever required. All in all a great experience.

Property is huge, rooms are clean and big. We went during monsoon , breath taking view. Food arrangements are good, local hotel is available to get timely food. We enjoyed the river nearby. Additionally, they had a good power backup in case of power failure. Kitchen is fully functional. From plates to fridge everything is available right away. One suggestion: the road to villa is difficult to find, better to call caretaker 10 min before reaching the location. We even experienced Fireflies during our stay :) We were accompanied by 2-3 friendly dogs as well which made us feel safe 😇
