The hosts live downstairs and are exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The view from the apartment balcony is incredible - the best. There are quite a lot of steps down to the town, but we found them relatively easy. Perast is a delightful, charming village and is the best place to stay to be out of busy Kotor (which is easily accessible via local Blue Line bus). He waited for us on the road and had reserved us a parking spot (very necessary!). The apartment was spacious but not luxurious. It had basic cooking equipment but we ate out at a restaurant he recommended. The broad terrace with views over the bay was lovely.
