When I arrived at the property after 4 PM check in time they were cleaning the house. The house look like a bomb went off. They told me to come back in 45 minutes I did and it was clean.

    room was clean and cool. appreciated having a patio.The location on the beach and right next to Pier Village is excellent. The service on the beach was excellent too. All staff we spoke with were helpful and friendly

    Our room was updated. Appeared all new. Very comfortable bed. Very nice and clean bathroom. Lobby is spacious, relatively quiet. 3 elevators moved quickly. Access to the beach boardwalk and the village were very easy. Bar on the boardwalk with live music was nice. Outdoor pool is very nice although the water was cold so we didn't go in, but enjoyed the lounge chairs both at the pool and on the beach. The beach was very clean and well maintained, with very good service from the staff who provided the lounge chairs and umbrella.
