It was super clean, it was getting warm really quickly, within walking distance from the city center. Overall it was the best stay for a family with small kids. Also it had a few kids and adults book as well as a few toys. My kids really enjoyed playing with those.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at Melfort village. The accommodation was very well equipped and they even offer extra equipment such as slow cookers. It's quiet and in a beautiful location. They called us the week before to make sure we brought everything we needed with us as the nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away in Oban. We also booked massages for our last day - highly recommended! I would recommend Melfort Village for a quiet, secluded, self catering break.

On the edge of the village of Taynuilt, between Loch Etive and Ben Cruachan, this property has free Wi-Fi and parking. The photos cannot prepare you for such a place. We were amazed from the first moment. Unbelievably quiet house with beautiful garden full of flowers in bloom, beautiful surroundings and a fantastic view from the terrace. Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. One of the best places we've visited so far.
