The house itself is fantastic, renovated, has thick walls and is therefore not very hot during the day; it is set on 2 floors with large spaces, 2 comfortable bedrooms (perhaps the mattress is a little hard, but this is subjective). The kitchen is well equipped, much more than others I have seen, there is everything you need and more. The air conditioners, useful in the evening, are very efficient. The part I appreciated most is the outside with the barbeque, we used it a lot in the evening to have dinners out. The location is in the middle of the town, the view is not the strong point, but it makes up for it with the tranquility and proximity of services (supermarket, taverns). George was very attentive to our needs, even if not physically present, he was always very available to answer me or make suggestions. Lastly, it's very close to one of the mosto beautiful beach (Limonari) of the Island. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

It is a traditional Greek property with everything you could want! The outside area was the cherry on top!!! Demitri was a wonderful host who couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was sublime! We had a very small issue and Demitri had it sorted out in no time! Waking up to the views was amazing it was in a stunning location, peaceful and quiet with a clear view over the sea and across to the mainland. Coming back to the villa and getting in the pool for a swim before chilling out was a marvellous way to recharge after each day! We can’t wait to return to what feels like your own slice of paradise!

Everything you could need, we especially liked the pool, also, when all the doors are open, sitting on the sofa, the view is beautiful, it felt like a little hideaway from the world.

Fully equipped even a coffee machine, very comfortable and benefited from being a newly refurbished property. decor was excellent and very pleasing. great hosts and accommodating and close by. seating outside on small veranda with a sea glimpse. great Tavernas nearby which served very nice food, good location for exploring Spartochori village back streets. anyone staying should be aware that this is a small village with narrow streets atop a hill, many steps from ferry port. have suitable footwear! couple beaches nearby but found Spartochori beach at nearby Taverna Spilia and bar Agrios to be the nicer area.

The design, the equipment, the pool, the location. Everything was just perfect. The house had everything you need only your swimwear. Super quite place to relax. The pool was amazing with an incredible view. The minimalistic design was amazing. The location is very convenient 5 minutes from Vathu and 2 minutes from Spartochori. The owner/manager was always available and willing to assist. Honestly one of the best houses we have ever booked.

Serene villa Meganisi - Seaview & Exclusive Pool se může pochlubit výhledem do zahrady a poskytuje ubytování s balkonem a kávovarem. Pláž Spilia se nachází přibližně 1 km odtud. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped for the longer stay with a family or friends. We enjoyed very much magnificent views from the terrace, equally attractive in the morning as well in the sunset. Children liked that the pool was bathed in the sun until late hours, so they could swim even in the evening. The house is located in calm area, on the outskirts of the nice small village, supermarket, butcher and few taverns are in close proximity - just few minutes walk. There are sheets and towels provided and replaced each few days and cleaning is organized regularly. Communication with host was very easy - he responded quickly to all our requests. We would definitely return there!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and fully equiped house. The hosts hospitallity and warmth made us felt like home. The location was ideal, in a peaceful backstreet, a few meters from the harbour and one breath from all restaurants, super markets and night life. It worths mentioning the reasonable accomodation cost and the free parking lot near the house. We will definetely visit again Koni's house! Highly recommended for families or group of friends!

From the moment of the booking we immediately noticed we fpund something special. 10 minutes later i had recommendations for food, beaches and general knowledge through a selfmade travelguide for the island by the owner maria herself. When we arrived we were greeted by her sweet mother Helen who did everything to make us feel at home. From cool drinks in the freezer to asking constantly if we need fresh sheets or something else Helen and Maria were extremely interested in our well being. The house itself is incredibly beautiful with the perfect location at the beginning of the village. It is extremely quiet but still youll find bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities in 2 minutes walking distance. We couldnt have hit it any better. Just a 10/10

We loved our stay at Villa Ereni on the wonderful island of Meganisi. We were met with a warm welcome from Elena and Maria who showed us through the whole apartment and gave us tips on what to do and where to go on Meganisi. They also provided us with basic groceries to get started (milk, bread, butter, water, bottle of wine, etc), which we highly appreciated. The villa is very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. It had a great flow to it, and it was nice to have so much space. Another bonus was having the onsite washing machine. The villa is situated in quieter, peaceful location with amazing views. It is probably about a 15minute walk into Spartahori and Spilia. There is a lovely beach about 200m below the villa. We hired a car for the duration of the stay so we could visit other beaches and towns on the island, but were always happy to come back to the villa in the afternoon, where we could relax around the pool. We would love to come back to Meganisi, and Villa Ereni would be our first choice.
