This experience exceeded our expectations. This house was the cleanest and most beautiful house we have ever stayed in as a family. It is a brand new renovated house in the center of Patmos Skala. Best location, 2 min walking to all the restaurants and cafes. Incredibly romantic surroundings of Greek churches and small streets with street cats around. We will be staying again here next year. The location of the little house, which is actually on the sea shore and where you can lie in bed and hear the waves breaking, just has to be experienced. Tasso thoughtfully equipped the house with a very generous amount of groceries including cheese pies, fresh fruit and a selection of drinks before we arrived so we didn't need to drive to one of the local supermarkets to stock up straight away. Tasso also speaks excellent English and was happily able to assist us with any local information we might need. He made us feel like honoured guests, and we are already planning our next stay.

The house is a quiet and beautifully decorated oasis less than a minute walk from the central square in Patmos Chora. The property manager was super helpful and found us someone who could help us get our bags to the property (no cars allowed in the village). Maria, who looks after the property day to day, was incredibly kind. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Beds are great quality and the kitchen is well appointed. We would definitely go back if and when we visit beautiful Patmos again.

Kostas's owner came to pick us up from the ferry station. We did not request this, but we certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness. We arrived late. The facility was approximately 4km out of town. I brought my motorcycle along, so it did not matter to us. The Cost vs. benefit was excellent. Everything in the town was 50 to 250 percent more expensive. Kostas had his car available for our use at no extra cost. We did take advantage of the offer for a couple of nights to go down to Skala for dinner. He had left plenty of snacks on the kitchen table for breakfast and snacking. The facility is next to a tennis and volleyball court. We were not bothered by the activity. Our stay at Patmos Horizon was just amazing!!! I can not find any other words to describe how excelent our stay was! Tassos is amazing person, he took us and brought us back to the port and was 24hours available for any questions! I have traveled a lot, but such a huge hospitality i havent experienced before! The room was much better than it looked on the pictures and had many hygiene products (nail polish remover, body sponge, first aid kit, feminine pruducts etc..). Tassos also bought many biscuits, nuts, local pastrys, fruits, soft drinks, local wine.. once we needed emergency help! Tassos came within 5 Minutes to help us!! the Location was great, in Chora but also with great view, very quiet and a parking spot next to the apartment! Thank you Tassos for everything! We wish to come back in Patmos soon and stay again at Patmos Horizon.
