Everything looks brand new. The house is located right across the beach. Christy and Maria got us all kinds of things for us to eat and drink in the fridge and got bread and jam and coffee also. They came to say goodbye and also gave us a parting gift!!

The spacious villa with a terrace and sea views has 5 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. There were a lot of things I enjoyed while being in Syros and staying in this location, but to sum up all of them in an easy / user friendly way, here are some: Firstly, the host was super super kind, very hospitable and picked us up from the port - even letting us grab groceries - and took us back to the port on our way out. She also organized taxi service when we wanted to go place to place, along with giving us food recommendations, and everything in between. Secondly, the view was absolutely unreal, we sat out there on the pool side and listened to music for hours while taking it in. The property was very spacious and clean as well. She had a box of greek goodies for us upon arrival, and a portable speaker for us to play music on as well. All in all, this is very worth the money if you have a group and want a breathtaking view.

This holiday home offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Kini Beach. The hosts were unbelievable, they were exceptionally welcoming, and left us beers, wine, and home made limoncello in the fridge. They were also extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us out including ordering taxis for us, printing out documents we needed for our journey and delivering them to the house for us, and advising restaurants and bars for us. The view was incredible, and the property was very well presented and in a lovely quiet location. I would highly recommend to anyone and would be lucky to stay again!
