Holiday Home Riva Promenade mempunyai akomodasi ber-AC di pusat Split, 18 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Bacvice, 4,6 km dari Stadion Park Mladezi, dan 7 menit jalan kaki dari Istana Diokletianus. Its right at the center! Close to the sea and walking area, close to stores and nightclubs. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming, Drago(the host) helped with everything we needed and gave us tips on where to buy stuff and where to hang out. This room had everything we needed, kitchenware, stove, shower gels, lots of clean towels, hot water all the time, washing mashing including laundry detergents. Drago even took away the garbage since no large garbage cans in the area! Exceptional hosts I recommend 10/10!

It has an amazing pool. The property owners were super kind and welcoming and really made us feel at home. I come from London and this is definitely the best vacation spot i’ve been to. Also this is definitely the best property in split for a holiday! I would recommend Villa Verde to everyone!

We had an amazing stay at villa with friendly and accommodating host Danijela who welcomed us warmly. Villa is modern furnished, well equipped, confortable and very efficient air conditioning in rooms. The place was clean and tidy. The beach is withing walking distance. A few small shops are also very easy to reach on foot. There was an excellent view from terrace and the location was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely be keen to stay here again!

Everything is really beautiful inside villa , each room has air conditioning, a balcony, unfortunately not every room has its own bathroom, but it's OK. There is a grill zone near the swimming pool. The only thing that got us a little bit upset is a slow wi-fi .

Everything was super clean and cosy. House is new and the owners are really nice and helpful. The view is perfect and the house had all we needed for having a pleasant stay. During our stay there was a big fire close to the house and the owner was so sweet to keep us informed so we all felt safe. We all felt at home and would love to come back again.
