What a stunning apartment - ultra modern and sleek but with some beautiful antique wooden touches like the dining room table. K2 has only been open a year so everything is in mint condition. The facilities are great - a beautiful spacious ski storage area which includes a small gym and washing facilities. Thoughtful touches - they provide you with a whole host of washing detergent options, fabric softeners etc. so you don't wasting buying a big box of detergent for one wash! Our host, Laura, was amazing - so friendly, helpful and funny! She met us at check in and showed us through the property - there is also a really comprehensive apartment booklet with all the information you need and plenty local restaurant recommendations. She even made reservations for us for a truly local dining experience on our last night. We had rented a car and there was free parking right out front but the ski bus stop is like 50m away or in our case, we booked with Celso Sport (150m) and they run a golf cart shuttle to the lift - amazing service! What a great apartment, host and location!!! Highly recommended.

Very friendly and communicative staff. Literally less than a min walk to the ‘tram’ to take you anywhere. Would definitely stay here again

There is free parking nearby: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7tqcYoX2zF4yaM5z8 But not guaranteed, as it is a public parking lot, cars come and go. You may have to run your luck for an open spot. If it's full, then try somewhere else around, then come back later. It is recommended that before checking in, park your car nearby first, then walk to the door of the property to meet the host. Because streetside parking in front of the apartment is not so feasible.

Immaculate clean apartman, well equipped, we got more than expected. Water, tee, coffe capsules, sugar, milk. Linda wrote what s up message before arrival. Linda suggested a good restaurant 5 minutes away. We could park inside.

This apartment was lovely and immaculate. It was quite large, with plenty of room for our family of four people. We visited in December, so we were unable to really use the four balconies, but can imagine how nice to have them available in the warmer months. The decor was homey. Both the kitchen and the living room were cozy and inviting. The location of the apartment is perfect. We travelled by train from Milan and easily walked to the apartment from the Como Lago station. We easily walked to the old town too. Many great restaurants are close by as well as a couple of local coffee shops are literally just steps away. Thomas is a wonderful host who is quite personable and very responsive. We actually think he is the best host we have ever had:). We brought our dog, and Thomas put out a little doggie bed as well as water and food bowls. Thank you Thomas.
