We checked a lot of variants before reservation and location of this villa is really the best! We were with big company, so we would need to rent minimum 3 cars during our stay, so our target was to find villa in walking distance from Kotor Old town. Also it is in first line to the sea! Amazing. You can reach Kotor by walk by sea side road! There are a lot of nice restaurants on this way, so every evening we had lunch in different one and after we went in Kotor for desert in one super delicious local Gelateria, that was recommended by our host Ksenija, the best ice cream in our lives!❤️ thank you for amazing stay

They offered us two bottle of wine as welcome to the house. There was also a little swimming pool very useful just to chill out watching the sunset. A perfect spot to watch the stars (there was also a telescope available in the house)! I would like to get back in the future.

Situated in Donji Morinj and only 1.4 km from Morinj Beach, Villa Maki features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The best bit about the villa is its location. As it is high up in the hills, the view over the coast was absolutely spectacular. The villa is very modern and has everything you require which includes excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and great showers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a BBQ and electric grill. Marko and his Dad were very welcoming and were always happy to help if needed. We also loved hearing the local goats occasionally below the villa.

Located in Donji Morinj in the Kotor County region, Archaia features a patio. It is set 1.5 km from Morinj Beach and provides private check-in and check-out. Despite the fact that we booked the Archaia literally a few hours before arrival, we found the house exceptionally clean. I am very scrupulous about cleanliness, especially bed linen and bathroom, but we were very pleased with the quality and cleanliness. It was nice when the host reached me out by phone literally immediately after booking to confirm that they were waiting for us. This is always reassuring, especially when you are on the road for many hours and book accommodation a few hours before arrival. This house is suitable for both a quiet or active holiday either with a large family, a group of friends or single travelers and couples. The area is quiet and relaxing. Has enough parking space, both covered and open. Special compliments to the owner of the house - we felt like guests of the house, close friends, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the five days that we spent there. Thank you, Mirko, you will forever be in our hearts. The breathtaking views over the mountains and the Bay of Kotor, the beautiful nature surrounding the house, the magnificent courtyard with a fireplace for barbecue, table and chairs to gather for breakfast and dinner under the natural grapevine canopy – are beyond all praise. This is an authentic old stone house (by age, not by condition) where you feel history, - it is well equipped and comfortable and at the same time has preserved its historical appearance in decoration and details. Archaia is a magical place where my friends and I would wish coming back again and again.
