We checked a lot of variants before reservation and location of this villa is really the best! We were with big company, so we would need to rent minimum 3 cars during our stay, so our target was to find villa in walking distance from Kotor Old town. Also it is in first line to the sea! Amazing. You can reach Kotor by walk by sea side road! There are a lot of nice restaurants on this way, so every evening we had lunch in different one and after we went in Kotor for desert in one super delicious local Gelateria, that was recommended by our host Ksenija, the best ice cream in our lives!❤️ thank you for amazing stay

There was also a little swimming pool very useful just to chill out watching the sunset. A perfect spot to watch the stars (there was also a telescope available in the house)! I would like to get back in the future.

If you have a car, Villa seaside is the perfect place to stay. Villa was clean and big. It has every equipment you need. We stayed 7 People. It was a good experience.

The house is gorgeous, really well designed with a lovely outside area. The house is well equipped and the showers were excellent too. The view is amazing and it’s a great location between Perast and Kotor. Igor was a great host and we had wonderful time

The best bit about the villa is its location. As it is high up in the hills, the view over the coast was absolutely spectacular. The villa is very modern and has everything you require which includes excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and great showers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a BBQ and electric grill. Marko and his Dad were very welcoming and were always happy to help if needed. We also loved hearing the local goats occasionally below the villa.
