Fare Titaina is an excellent choice in Moorea! Great value for very reasonable cost. The bungalow is up to date, spotless, well-screened with windows on three sides, with good, quiet A/C, a comfortable bed and lounger, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely lanai with dining table and chairs overlooking the garden. Harold is an exemplary host! We really enjoyed talking with him and hanging out with him for a morning on his boat. He knows Moorea as well as anyone, and can take you to all the good places. Also, the dog Reef took great care of us too. Just awesome. Harold set us up with bikes for our visit, which we used to get to the ATM and public beach a bit less than a mile away. The little store just a quick walk up the small road is a gem, where you can get pretty much everything you might need. Restaurants on Moorea are expensive so we appreciated being able to prepare meals chez nous.

Appreciated the little "extras" from Leila, fruits and cakes ;) Well-decorated private cottage in a great location near one of the main town. We did not get to use the pool, but it also looked great. Comfy beds and a convenient kitchen for cooking at home. It really felt like home as soon as we checked in. We will definitely come back if/when we return to Moorea!

There are thoughtful details at every turn- embroidered trim on the linens, detailed carving on the structure, original artworks, and so much more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners. The Fare also had a beach mat, sunscreens, and repellent available. Really, we could have asked the hosts for almost anything and they would have let us borrow theirs! They were extremely nice. We felt completely safe at Fare Teak, keeping the doors and windows open the entire time except when we needed to block out the chickens! Mosquito nets were provided above the beds and sitting areas. Our son had his own small sleeping bungalow, which was great for privacy. The only thing that might have improved our stay is if there were bicycles to borrow to reach slightly further distances without needing the car. We did have a car and there was ample parking. We would definitely stay here again!
