We stayed with family (2 kids) for a whole week. Staff was very friendly and supportive with whatever requests we had (tricycle, shuttles, birthday, drinks, food, chef dinner, tours). Place is top level clean and made up every day. Interior of rooms very attractive. Pool cleaned daily. WiFi surprisingly very good.

I stayed in this place for 18 days, and I definitely have something to say 😊 So, here are the five main advantages: - A private Starlink and solar panels - A new house that’s simply pleasant to be in - Fully equipped home (no cheap disposable dishes, no synthetic bed linens or towels – everything is of exceptional quality) - Two full-fledged workspaces with proper desks and chairs Only 4 minutes by scooter to the nearest beach – the beautiful Nacpan Beach What else I liked: - A spacious living room with a huge TV and subwoofer - A kitchen that’s every cook’s dream (great plates, ceramic pans, and fully stocked with everything you need – a large fridge, rice cooker, microwave, blender) - The bedroom – a great mattress, clean and pleasantly scented linens and towels - The area around the house is clean and well-maintained, and from the second floor, you can watch the sunset A big bonus – the friendly hosts who are always ready to help in any situation (with transfers, scooter rental, water delivery, laundry, etc.)

The host was very nice, it was easy reaching him if we had any questions or needed anything. The accommodation is on the top floor of a house, with a kitchen and a common area, we recommend it to everyone up to 4 people, very cozy, perfect for longer stays. There was hot water for showers and drinking water provided, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary things, and the cable TV in the common area was also great, we had access to several streaming service sites. The guesthouse also helps with motorbike rentals, we rented two motorbikes through them for 500 and 600 pesos per day.
