The BBQ service is excellent and truly great value for money. I genuinely love everything about this house.

This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I booked a stay for 3 people at Villa Orange Cabin for my first trip to Kawaguchiko. At first I had worries about the location, which seems far from the station, but booked anyway for the Mt. Fuji view. Turned out the location isn't that bad, about 5-10 minutes walk from the closest Sightseeing Bus station. There are also free shuttles to/from the villas to Kawaguchiko Station that you can arrange with the receptionist beforehand. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, especially in the evenings. The view was marvellous — though it rained a lot and we couldn't see the mountain, on the last day it was clear and sunny. We woke up to Mt. Fuji in front of our bedrooms and it felt surreal watching the light change against the mountain and sky. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and full of amenities, perhaps even more than the average hotel. I especially love the tatami room and Japanese bath. We were assisted by super helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Special thanks to Masumi-san for picking us up from the station and dropping us off there after checking out! ✨ I highly recommend Villa Orange Cabin if you're looking for a peaceful, local experience at Kawaguchiko with your family and friends.

The spacious chalet with a terrace and mountain views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are offered in the chalet. The property has an outdoor dining area. The size of the land was just incredible. They have many fruit trees in the yard that guests can pick and enjoy. And an option to have barbecue too with extra fee which we did and enjoyed. The indoor was pretty too, the furniture and utensils were of great quality, I love the feeling of the wooden floor, tables and chairs, the sofa was so comfortable, we took turn napping on it. The house was decorated with the hosts' artwork, which we love, they are absolutely beautiful. We also left behind something important, and the host went the extra mile to have it ship to us, for which we are so grateful. This is also the only place we have stayed that have literally everything. They provide laundry nets, cleaning supplies, and zip logs, which all came in handy.
