Exceptional stay I’d say. Everything sparkling clean, cleaning/make up beds everyday, great breakfast buffet (fresh everything inc bread&butter), convenient location (next to train station and a big mall with everything you may need: cafe/restaurants, pharmacy, super markets, clothes if needed). A sofa-bed for my kids was ready by our arrival. Super black out curtains - my kids were able to sleep until 9am like never. Water station is right out of the room with still and sparkling water (easy to fill up your bottle on the way to go out). Awesome place with nice, helpful people. We all enjoyed staying here.

We definitely took advantage of the jelly sweets at reception, a cute little touch. Great location, 1.2km safe walk to the heart of the old town. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Nantes.
