The host is the best - very helpful and caring. There is a great terrace on the roof to sit and chill. Rooms are small but cozy, clean and have coffee machine (nespresso style). Localization is few minutes from the city heart. There is a city parking in the near (Parking Sant' Agostino or u can park at the via rodi). When coming by car and using GoogleMaps watch out to not get into old town (it's closed for traffic except for weekends but google was trying to get us through it).

Alexandra is a lovely person and very good at communication and keeping in touch when necessary. The room looked exactly like the photo on the website. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower of a good size, excellent shower with plenty of space. Coffee machine, fridge and other bits included and there is use of a kettle/microwave. Toiletries provided. Very close to the start of the wall so easy access to the old city and around a 10-15 minute walk from station either through the old city or around the outside along a main road. The room was perfectly adequate and comparable to staying in a hotel and in fact, the shower is bigger than some hotels.

I arrived late after a train delay, but Leonardo arrived promptly with keys, etc, after a phone call. My room was a single with shared bathrooms, small, basic, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The two shared bathrooms were conveniently unoccupied when I needed them. Recent renovations in the bathrooms, shared kitchen, and bedroom generated a fresh, modern feel, and everything worked! The location (about 15 minutes walk from the train station and bordering the historical centre) suited me, but with heavy luggage, a taxi may be necessary. Leonardo was very helpful.
